FAQ:

Where do you teach?

Currently from my studio just outside Banbury, however, I am able to offer online tuition.

What hours do you work?

I teach four evenings and two days a week at present. I do not teach regularly at weekends, but sometimes run one-off courses on a weekend.

Do you teach adults?

Yes, of course.

Are you DBS checked?

Yes, fully. I am also up to date on safeguarding training and am insured with the ISM.

How much do you charge?

If you drop me a line I can let you know prices, however, I will say that they are in line with both the ISM and MUs recommendations for private teaching. I ask for termly payment, but can sometimes do plans if there is anything that might be preventing you or your child’s learning. I invoice for termly lessons in advance and expect these to be paid upfront, however I also offer a flexi-plan for adult students who are unable to do lessons every week.

Payment is via BACS or a link using Settle Up.

My child just needs a bit of support with their theory/GCSE exam

Do you accompany students in exams?

Sometimes, yes. I am happy to accompany up to about grade 6, after that I have contacts that I use who are professional accompanists.
